#BCBS refused to give us my husband’s card number. They said to get it online. We can’t log in. They transfer us to tech help who says they can’t help us reset it without the card number. Card has yet to come in the mail. They give an 800 number for the urgent care to call and verify his insurance. We drive 7 miles up the road to urgent care. The #UPMCGoHealth says “we don’t do that, call your insurance and get your card number.” It’s $200 to walk in the door without insurance.
