The next Research Days of the Benelux Interuniversity Association of Transport Researchers will take place June 5-6 2025 in Luxembourg, organized by University of Luxembourg #unilu and Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research #LISER.

Hat es im Trinkwasser der Universität Luzern etwas, was es woanders nicht gibt? Oder wie kommt die #UniLU *jetzt* auf diese Ideen? Und gleich 6x? [Korrektur: 7 bzw. 9x!]

Dabei gab es doch erst letztes Jahr eine Publikation «Was Blockchain *wirklich* leistet» (Hervorhebung von mir), die auflistete, dass #Blockchain eben nichts #wirklich leistet.

Le recteur de l'université du #Luxembourg, qui a des partenariats avec plusieurs entreprises privées et en envisage avec Google (!): "il ne faut pas craindre que des entreprises privées puissent avoir trop d'influence sur l'enseignement."

Si, il faut garantir l'indépendance de l' #ESR. C'est une question de principes et de pratique: comment garantir la liberté académique si on est lié.es à des intérêts capitalistes?
