Anyone know how to get an e-mail to a human at #bibliovault or #UChicagoPress ?

I've bought an #EPUB to read on my #Thorium Linux reader. I paste the passphrase from bibliovault.org into Thorium to unlock the book, and am told that it's wrong.

I write [email protected] and [email protected] for help, but don't hear back.
