At 10 a.m., Kristine was located 870 km east of #EasternVisayas with maximum winds of 55 kph and gusts up to 70 kph. It is moving west southwestward at 30 kph. Strong winds from the disturbance reach up to 550 km from its center.

Wind Signal No. 1 is now raised in 15 provinces in #SouthernLuzon, #EasternVisayas, and #Caraga.
