The #Tunnelbus, which ran for over 90 years under the Detroit Straiyt between Windsor, Canada and Detroit, Michigan will be ended in August #2025. It is the only scheduled international bus service between both countries.

We are seeing here a Novabus

Took the #TunnelBus from Windsor to Detroit. Cleared customs at the border quickly, thankfully.

#BoringTravel #TunnelBus eventually came. Back in the country not yet run by #covfefe addicts. Quick ride on a crowded Crosstown bus, now sitting in the large, open, low-CO2 (because nobody else here right now) #Windsor station awaiting my final train. Still not raining; I'd sit outside but for overpowering odors from the whisky factory across the street.
#BoringTravel Half an hour to wait for the #TunnelBus, and there are no benches here.
#BoringTravel #VIARail 73 arrived #Windsor 7 minutes late. About 20 minutes later I'm at the #TunnelBus stop, but that bus now runs hourly, and I have 45 minutes to wait.

The Tunnel Bus is back from Detroit to Windsor, for your inexpensive public transit border crossing needs.

Windsorites hop on Tunnel Bus as service returns after more than 2 years

After more than two years, the only municipally-run, cross-border bus service in the country is back on the road.

@jmcbroom

Jimmy, is the Tunnel Bus running again? Thinking that an Ann Arbor - Detroit - Windsor - Toronto trip might work out well if it is (D2A2 - - Tunnel Bus - VIA Rail).

"The Detroit-Windsor Tunnel Bus will resume service on Sunday, November 27, 2022." <- yes!
