Finished: Tower Of God s2
This was a drag and it was mostly curiosity where they want to go that kept us watching.
The new cast members didn’t quite gain my sympathy as much as the old ones, and except for Horyang they are also quite unimportant for everything, so I was glad when first Khun and then the other season 1 regulars got involved again.
And then there is the plot… what plot? It seems like there is one but I am getting more and more confused because a lot of stuff is not really explained (I didn’t even quite understand the rank system) and there are too many involved characters and factions.
Another season would be a big “maybe” although I’d like to know what everyone is up to.

woof, #TowerOfGod2 aka #TowerOfGod S2 was rough… REALLY felt like an animated webtoon. garbage plot, animation style changes, entirely new group of characters, sheesh.

not that S1 was great or anything, but holy moly it turned into convoluted crap real quick.

Looks like I probably won’t be finishing Tower Of God. I really liked the first season of the Anime but I just don’t vibe with Season 2. Tbh, it just all seems off and a big part of that is the animation. It’s just so much worse than season 1 that it throws me off every episode. Season 1 was definitely amazing though!
