New feature in #Tk9 – part 1:

Tk and ttk widgets of all built-in themes as well as the standard dialogs and the Widget Demo are scaling-aware

- icons were replaced by svg icons and scaled (message dialog, file dialog)
- many measurements were changed from fix pixel values to scaling values
- default font sizes are also scaling-aware
