Gotten woken up at 🤷🏼‍♀️ o'clock last night, head kicking off & huge! thunder storm happening outside, wind picked up & was rattling blinds as windows were on the snib. Took pain meds, didn't really get back to sleep, head still miffed, will take more pain meds & see how we go. Likely do the 3Cs protocol.
