Both of these rides were executed today; the first was run in the wee hours, when everybody is asleep the second was run just before the golden hour of photography

This is how you keep your Corpus vital

Yesterday was nice, a nice amount of hours, decent amount of time in the saddle, so everything was nice good cool and sweet

Riding a race machine is like meditation

On average I ride between three and six hours every 24 hours mostly seven times a week sometimes six

Do you know that bicycles have certain parts that you can disassemble and assemble using threaded rods? I'll talk about it later in this thread that I've just started here

Threaded rods are magnificent systems of mechanics. In order to properly work with threaded rods, you need torque wrench, breaker bar, ANSI Z87.1 glasses, EN388 cut level 4 gloves & safety shoes, on top of your regular PPE, which consists of overalls, cotton shirt. With the most important thing is that when you work with rotating machines your long sleeves are very tight around your gloves...

In this photograph I'm just showing the amount of movement I have gotten in the past number of hours

I love having over powered tools at my disposal
For me #threadedrods are easily cut with my 228.6mm inch Grinder from #Makita

However I need to cut rods from M8 all the way up to M24, en as you know low carbon steel quality 8.8 rods can't easily be cut with a small tool

I'm also much more comfortable with the lower RPMs of the massive grinder 6600 RPM instead of the gut wrenching 11,000 RPMs that small grinders rotate at
