Erinnern wir uns: 1983 war in der BRD das Jahr des massenhaften Protestes gegen die Volkszählung und eines wegweisenden Urteils des Bundesverfassungsgerichts um das „Recht auf informationelle Selbstbestimmung“. Signs and Portents
