Random thoughts about running #tprttpb
I'm aiming to get back into jogging. (I hate it and I suck at it and it's expensive but I just can't get far enough when walking).
I cannot run slowly enough to have a conversation and sometimes I walk too fast so instead I try to hold myself to a firm amble. It is a bit boring.
