I don't get it. A development of four tightly packed 3000 sq. ft homes located on my street just finished construction, and are all now on the market for $1.3 million each.

If I'm paying that type of money for a house (which is never, btw) I sure as hell don't want to be staring into my neighbor's living room window 20 feet away.
