Immediately looked up The Vernon Spring on #Bandcamp, and his unique sound is there labelled as #electronic #jazz with #solo #piano πΉ, however I think those tags don't do it justice at all. π
Therefore I would like to suggest the better description (and perhaps new genre):
#GlitchJazz
since it reminds me of the #GlitchMusic by #Glitch Princess #yeule. π
