Oof. I need to stop stretching out each new novel over several months of time. Took me about two years (or more?) to read through all the 15 main novels of Riordan's #Percyverse at this speed. And #TheSunAndTheStar is already waiting on my shelf, while #TheChaliceOfTheGods is already pre-ordered and will be published this fall. But to be honest: I'll need to read something different first. As much as I like this universe, the stories and scenes are repeating themselves quite a lot after a while.
Amazon just cancelled my (long overdue) pre-order for the new book by @rickriordan, telling me, they can't get hold of a copy. At the same time they have them listed on their website as "available, delivery until Saturday". Do they really think I don't get their cheap attempt to cop out of their price-guarantee? Everyday a new low with them. #TheSunAndTheStar

huh, i would've expected there to be more out queer people in camp half-blood, even before nico came out himself. certainly will, for one. that was surprising. though i guess most of them were still quite young.
(we all knew about malcolm, though.)
