It was sorting out the cats pet insurance as it was going up over £7 a month more than last year, well today I got 4!!! yes four!!!, separate latter telling me the changes I made and new certificates for the month left on their policies. All of that could have been covering in one letter. Utter waste of paper. Plus I set up their pet portal so it didnt even need to posted out!
