I'm praying he won't be able. But here's the thing: Computers are writing computer code now. So theoretically he can use #ChatGPT and #Bard to write his own #AI program (ironically).

No matter what, we have reason to be worried. We've seen the instant devolution of #AI when left to itself on Twitter, with the #TayTweets experiment (a 2016 A.I. #Twitter bot). It went from nice to Nazi in less than a day. I doubt #ElonMusk will have either the brains or the desire to avoid doing that again.

He wants to be #TonyStark & build #Ultron-- but w/ far less noble motives.

#ElonMuskIsAMoron but in this case, that's what makes him MORE dangerous.
