I'm providing a savory side dish for #Thanksgiving dinner for a gathering that includes a person who experiences #narcolepsy. Simple-carb-heavy dishes are highly unwelcome for their condition. They are also #glutenFree.
I'm thinking of making something with squash, cheese, nuts, maybe a bit of dairy. I could do a gluten-free pastry with various savory toppings, perhaps.
