aloapiddSpeaking of #RCCars , I've been keeping myself busy by converting an old #TL01B that I got a few months ago into a regular #TL01 touring car.
The main difference is the shorter suspension arms and a few enhancements I've designed, which have been 3D printed.
first step was to clean all the old grease off the gears and chassis so I can replace the grease with a semi-dry lube that should cope much better with dust.
I also heard the gearboxes are prone to dust ingress, so I've cleaned out the whole chassis and RTV-ed all the gearbox seams π΅.
I also did the diff housings too so hopefully I can pack them with grease and get semi-limited slip action without grease leaking out everywhere.
