I do like the little nod to Rhys being from Tales from the Borderlands after you save Atlas, even if his character, like Vaughn, got Flanderised and its complexity sanded off. Still alright, just not to the old peaks of the series writing.

The big bads are fine, but also unsurprisingly not up to the levels of the meglomania of Handsome Jack. Lilith is more of the driver of the plot than them, oddly.
