It used to be that at least 3 cantons had such limits, but the others removed them at the request of the federal government, because it's discriminatory (and as such contrary to the federal constitution) and... yeah, that's true, but having grown up in a gerontocracy where people basically die tied on their seat-of-power... yeah, it's tempting to dream.
There is one canton in Switzerland (Glarau) where the voting age is 16... not only that, but there's been a law for the last 30 years forbidding people over the age of 65 to be elected for the highest posts like judge, or federal representative, and so on.
So yeah... it's a strange place sometimes.
