Ford's announcement of #Highway413 in 2022 was part of his strategy to open the Greenbelt and make developers rich. It doesn't make sense for commuters - most are traveling north-south - but it runs through large areas owned by Ford's favourite group of land developers. We're trading farmland and environmentally important areas of the province for urban sprawl and gridlock. 1950s era thinking.
