#WWDC26 is next week, also known as Summer Stevemas, at Apple’s headquarters in California. There’s always a tagline in the announcement that obliquely references something being announced at the keynote on the first day, and this year the tagline is “All Systems Glow”. My prediction is that Apple’s upcoming new CEO, John Ternus, the current VP of hardware engineering, will announce all new Apple MacBook Air and MacBook Pro laptop keyboards will come with RGB backlighting. Tim Cook will say, “How cool is that?” Windows users will look at each other with confused expressions.
