The 96-page decision upholds a lower court decision that invalidated rules that would have required hand counts of ballots and election inquiries.

NEW: The #Georgia #DemocraticParty and the #DemocraticNationalCommittee are challenging #election rules recently approved by the #StateElectionBoard, saying that the rules "invite chaos" by establishing new processes that are at odds w/ Georgia law.
