Lo ha dichiarato l’avvocato Max Starni, legale di una delle famiglie delle persone decedute nel Forlivese durante un trasporto di routine verso una struttura ospedaliera.
Indagato un operatore sanitario di 27 anni
La vicenda vede indagato, con l’accusa di omicidio volontario continuato aggravato dalla premeditazione, un operatore di 27 anni della Croce Rossa locale. L’inchiesta è coordinata dalla Procura di Forlì che, dopo aver disposto l’autopsia sull’ultima vittima, sta ora valutando la riesumazione delle altre quattro persone decedute per svolgere ulteriori accertamenti.
I decessi tra febbraio e novembre 2025
I decessi sospetti risalgono al periodo compreso tra febbraio e novembre 2025. "In sostanza – prosegue Starni – si trattava di trasporti effettuati da un servizio qualificato, simile a un taxi sanitario. Le persone coinvolte non si trovavano in condizioni tali da richiedere l’assistenza di un medico o di un infermiere, ma dovevano semplicemente essere trasferite da una struttura ospedaliera a un’altra per attività di routine. Il fatto che si siano verificati cinque decessi durante trasporti così ordinari evidenzia chiaramente una situazione anomala, che viene ora approfondita sotto il profilo investigativo", conclude il legale.

The magistrates following the case are very well-prepared, and I am certain they will analyze every aspect of the matter, involving us both personally and professionally.” This was stated by lawyer Max Starni, legal counsel for one of the families of the deceased in Forlì during a routine transport to a hospital facility.
27-Year-Old Healthcare Worker Investigated
The case involves the investigation of a 27-year-old Red Cross employee, accused of aggravated voluntary manslaughter with premeditation. The investigation is coordinated by the Forlì Prosecutor’s Office, which, after ordering an autopsy on the last victim, is now evaluating the exhumation of the other four deceased individuals to conduct further tests.
Deaths Between February and November 2025
The suspicious deaths occurred between February and November 2025. “In essence – Starni continues – these were transports carried out by a qualified service, similar to an ambulance. The individuals involved were not in conditions requiring the assistance of a doctor or nurse, but simply needed to be transferred from one hospital facility to another for routine activities. The fact that five deaths occurred during such ordinary transports clearly highlights an anomalous situation, which is now being investigated in detail,” concludes the lawyer.
