The Warrior Princess and the Barbaric King Episode 1 Impressions

When I started the episode, I couldn't figure out if I like the art style of this one or not lol. It quickly grew on me thought, and the fight scene, albeit brief, was cool.

When the big reveal happens, I love Sera's reactions lol. The deadpan servant is great too. The flashback/dream was a bit drawn out though. That ending LMAO

Looking forward to seeing another episode or 2 to see how this one starts to play out.

The Classroom of a Black Cat and a Witch Episode 1 Impressions

2nd witch anime for me this season, with this seemingly the complete opposite of what I watched with Witch Hat Atelier. Slapstick comedy is strong with this one.

The library sequence had me chuckling. Did I just watch our MC kiss a cat on the butthole? This might be a first for me LMAO.

If this show continues to be strong with the slapstick while also forming an interesting narrative, I can see myself having fun with this one. I just hope it doesn't lose the dumb humor.

Hiwamura is adorable, I can say that much. That's about the most I can say positive about this first episode.

As someone who likes ecchi humor, this one is falling flat most of the time. I keep hoping I'll laugh out loud, but it's just not happening.

Yeah, I'm bailing on this one. Not bothering with a second episode.

Forget cute girls doing cute things, this is quirky girls doing quirky things lol. The show looks about normal for what I expect of this type of anime.

This first episode was mostly getting the viewer acclimated to the cast, so not much happened overall. I like the comedy though.

It seems like something up my alley, but I'll have to give it some more episodes to see if I keep up or binge later.

Cute Girls Doing Cute Things.... WITH ALCOHOL? Uhm, yes please! Give me all the episodes! Love the aesthetic of this anime.

So far the drinks look good, but I need a little deeper dive into them with the show. It doesn't need to be Takunomi deep, but just a little bit more.

I like how brazen Kamiina gets, but I think I like reserved Ibuki best. This will be something I keep up with this season for sure.

My Ribdiculous Reincarnation Episode 1 Impressions

This show has a really nice color palette and aesthetics. I was genuinely surprised.

The show itself is absurd AF, and was not what I was expecting. The problem with the premise and these constantly ridiculous reincarnations is that I don't know if I want to watch a whole season of this or not.

This is going to live and die by ensuring each episode maintains the same level of humor. I'll see if it can manage or not after a couple more.

The show looks really pretty in terms of characters. This MC is relatable as someone who just goes home solo and games. LOL

First episode is cute, and I like the MC and Umi. The dynamic between them seems like it will be good one.

Still going to need more episodes to see if this is worth watching more of.

The Klutzy Class Monitor and the Girl with the Short Skirt Episode 1 Impressions

This show doesn't look the best, but it's obviously intentional. Thought this is was going to be an ecchi comedy, but looks like a sweet and funny rom-com.

I actually like the chemistry between them, even if Togo is an idiot. It works in this dynamic.

Doubt I'll be keeping up with this as it airs, but probably a binge watch later. We'll see how a couple more episodes play out.

Rooster Fighter Episode 1 Impressions

Well it is as absurd as I expected, but it's not really clicking for me. Sometimes this show looks cool, and sometimes it suddenly doesn't, mostly with some character designs.
