@danjconn yumz! pPro (well, actually my Mum’s, but she’s good at the foods) tip - spin the water before putting in the eggs. Fresh eggs hold their shape better. Don’t faff with vinegar or the like, just a bit of salt and simmering water. #SpoachedEggsMate 🥚
