While I’m on the topic of DEI, take this for example: The first panel of #SouthernSpace is a manel. This shouldn’t ever happen. Not only should SIAA have noticed this, but the members of the panel should ask who will be on it with them. If space is for everyone, space also needs to represent everyone. It’s on us to make it that way.
