This was very strange and a bit disconcerting.
It seems that it's a design feature to let you know that the battery is low.
Once charged fully it moves every second.

I recently got my hands on this Casio Lineage watch, and I couldn't be happier! The design is sleek and sophisticated, with a seconds hand that perfectly aligns with the markers. It is solar powered so, I don't have to worry about changing the battery. It keeps accurate time with radio sync and has all the Casio digital features like a stopwatch, countdown timer, dual timezones, and more.
Another standout feature is the ingenious bracelet adjustment mechanism. Plus, the sapphire crystal and titanium body make it durable and comfortable to wear. Despite all these fantastic features, it doesn't cost a fortune (relatively). I find this is a perfect blend of utility, design, and value. Absolutely love it!!
