Safari just spins a hoop with a hold message.

Rab Bruce’s SpiderWell done, #SocialSecurityScotland. My PIP transferred over to Adult Disability Payment last month. It went very smoothly, which was nice. Today, they asked me to complete an online survey about the process. I must say it was one of the easiest surveys I’ve ever taken part in. 100% accessible with my screen reader. That’s a refreshing change.

@VailaSad to say my experience with my kid moving from DLA to #ChildDisabilityPayment at #SocialSecurityScotland has not been great so far.
Both the transfer process and when I spoke to them in person.
Anyone else got any experiences with them? I really hoped this would be an improvement.
