So, maybe i shall that i am also a #UnionLeader locally and provincially (BC, Canada). I have learned that Education is not Apolitical (thank you Dr V. Andreotti/UBC). As such, the work we've done is to create safe spaces for #IndigenousTeachers. I balance between yelling into the abyss [of an anti-Indigenous world] and adding important edits to policy.
