I think I found an amazing food hack.
I always get hungry after taking nighttime meds. I normally have some nuts and dried cranberries or something; a spoon of peanut butter if I'm being lazy.
Tonight, I wanted something sweet. I have health cereals; one with a corn flavour, the other chocolate. I added in oat milk but it still wasn't complete. A scoop of banana health shake powder and it made it gorgeous.
Sweet, but very little sugar. Dense, with very few bad fats. Crunch, without having to work it. Flavour, without it being too powerful.
Yup, the kids have this snack business down pat.
