Just started smoking a pork butt. Hopefully didn’t get started too late, looking to eat in about 17 hours. Might have to wrap it around noon if this one is too slow. It’s almost 11 PM and 79° F. I love Arizona and fall #BBQ sessions. #SmokingPork #PorkButt #Arizona #FallBBQ
