The last part of our tour they gave us gate tickets so we could learn how gate agents monitor flights to potentially upgrade or release seats during delays and do protections. Also baggage claim under airport, and flight departure and arrival. #SkyMilesLife #SMLSummit

As a designer, I loved learning about colors, patterns, lighting, & other details considered in the new design. Also, our butts were among the first to sit in the new cabin design seats! Also they gave us Missoni kits. #SMLSummit #SkyMilesLife

I got to meet a gold medal Olympic swimmer (Chase) and a bronze medal Olympic breaker (Victor). And they signed my model Team USA plane Delta gave me! And Chase brought his 2020 gold medal for us to check out! #SMLSummit #SkyMilesLife

Headed to ATL. Delta invited 13 members who engage in their #SkyMilesLife FB group to visit their HQ, with 1st Class flight & hotel covered; they even put me in a Kimpton! Excited to spend the next few days there!
