Your glow depends on doing skincare the right way. ✨
Exfoliation isn’t one-size-fits-all—your skin type decides how often you should do it.
Oily? Dry? Combination? Normal? Each needs a different rhythm to stay smooth, clear, and radiant.

Just microneedled my face and scalp. Typically do weekly scalp and bi-weekly face (with breaks for face).

I don't use numbing, and I think that makes me procrastinate about doing it. Stings at first, but by the end my endorphins cover it up pretty well.

Fine lines on my nasolabial folds extra visible rn, but they absolutely disappear 3-5 days after needling and are basically not visible till day 10. Glow only fades at like 3 weeks

Hadn't been needling cheeks, but it helps a ton

What's your #skinRoutine?

heres mine:
Heritage store rosewater cleanser
#MICRONEEDLE every 2-6 weeks (using hyaluronic acid serum for slip + hypochlorous acid to prevent infection. no topical anesthetic)
volufiline
Pacifica vegan collagen milk tonic
cos de baha pma peptide serum
andalou resveratrol q10 night cream
handmade heroes bakuchiol booster oil (squalane base)
mineral fusion 40spf daytime moisturizer

Mix it up a bit with different serums etc. sometimes avoid bakuchiol if needling
