For 9 years, I had a VPS from Shellit.org (a brand of Multim Oy who also owns Tavu Cloud). Last month, I had a problem upgrading the VPS' operating system and after rebooting I could not anymore access it via SSH (the only way to access it, of course). I sent a request for help to the tech support, and I never got a human to reply to me.
If you use services from Multim and you're happy with it, good for you. But beware.
