Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi. I wasn't overwhelmed by anything in this book. The books main plot is about a girl with a 'power' yet we hardly get to know anything about it.. I was initially drawn to this book because of it's cover and name. I don't think either suit the story. I will not be reading the next 8 in this series

I started the #ShatterMe Book series, because I wanted to know what all the TikTok hype was about.

I'm halfway through the first book and I really don't understand why the villain is a fan favorite!?😅
He's an narcissistic asshole so far and no beauty in the word can make this hot!

And why is the supposed "nice guy" hated, because I really get why the main character is interested, like what's so boring and bad about him?
