Risotto with 4 mushrooms... and asparagus on the side...
Two types of fresh mushrooms sautéed... another dry one rehydrated during the cooking of the rice... and the fourth... "truffle oil"... a little like cheating...
Today is not #ShareWhatICookMonday, so I made something simple, rice triangles.. #onigiri.. filled with canned tuna.. it is common to use a seaweed leaf to take them and eat them with your hands.. and eat the seaweed at the end.
Rice noodles with pickled cucumber (in rice vinegar)... with a soy sauce, chili and fish sauce... with edamame and onions... on #ShareWhatICookMonday... on the next day... since it is the day to pack it to take it to the office, I don't have a photo of the dish served beautifully..
