The throwing character can reduce the amount of damage (based on their strength) and convert it to meters thrown.
I've got a character with maxed-out strength, and they use the throw-person action to get flashy or make an impression.

smallbugProxy, my #shadowrun6e hacker, is looking pretty good when it comes to defense on matrix attacks. But at the same time, I wonder if they are too untouchable and it might take some of the challenge away. 🤔
