I find it hilarious when software based companies who are wannabe climate champions try to use #AI and a sorry excuse for #ClimateTech to solve the "global food wastage". That is simply a question eating, cooking, recipes; minimizing preservatives and pesticides. No more no less. Its a grassroots not municipality rather 'locality centric design problem' along with a #SewageManagement challenge.
