@coderbyheart I think it needs to start earlier. In Germany you are running behind a quota already building up at the universities. And there you are running behind a quota building up at school. Already in kindergarten I sometimes feel the need to say “no, it’s rubbish, when someone tells you, you can’t do something cause you’re a girl”.
