SciPy 2026 Conference Registration July 13โ€“19, 2026 โ€ข Minneapolis, MN Welcome! Use this page to register for SciPy 2026, the annual community conference for scientific Python users and developers. Choose the Days Youโ€™d Like to Attend Tutorials | July 13โ€“14 Hands-on, 4-hour instructional sessions focused on well-defined topics. Tutorial ticket holders may register for 1โ€“4 tutorials across the two days. Sign-ups for individual tutorials will open closer to the conference. Main Conference | July 15โ€“17 Conference ticket holders receive access to: All talks and keynote sessions Birds-of-a-Feather (BoF) sessions Poster sessions and exhibitors Networking and social events Sprints | July 18โ€“19 Sprint participation is free and open to everyone. Tutorial and conference registrants may add sprint registration during checkout A tutorial or conference ticket is not required to attend sprints Attendees joining only for sprints may register for a free sprint-only pass Choose the Right Ticket Type Ticket Pricing Philosophy SciPy uses a community-supported pricing model. Ticket prices are set to help ensure that people can attend given the resources available to them. If you are eligible for a discounted ticket but are able to purchase a standard ticket, we encourage you to do so. Your support helps make the conference more accessible to others. Standard For attendees whose registration is paid for by an employer, institution, or grant. This ticket supports the full cost of producing the SciPy conference and helps keep registration accessible for students and self-funded community members. Intended for industry professionals, faculty, staff, and others with access to professional development funding. Academic For academic attendees including faculty, researchers, postdocs, and academic staff paying personally or with limited institutional support. Academic tickets are offered at a reduced rate to encourage broad participation from the research and education community. Student For currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate students at an accredited institution. A valid student ID may be required at check-in. Online | Online tickets will be released at a later date. Provides access to the virtual experience of the main conference (July 15โ€“17). Online tickets include access to: Live-streamed talks, keynotes, and lightning talks Conference Slack and online networking Special programming for online attendees Please note: Tutorials and sprints are not available virtually. Online attendees can participate live by asking questions through the conference Slack. Support SciPy Financial Aid SciPy is a community-run conference, and financial aid helps ensure that students, researchers, and community members from around the world can participate. Due to budget constraints this year, our financial aid resources are limited. If youโ€™re able, please consider adding an optional donation to your registration to help expand access to SciPy 2026. SciPy 2026 Program Review Committee Interest Form

SciPy is building its Program Committee for 2026. By filling out this form, you will be included in the talk, poster, and tutorial proposal reviewer pool. The review process is double-open and reviewers will be listed on the website as a member of the Program Committee. Reviews will be assigned in mid- to late March. Reviewers will have several weeks to complete their reviews. If you would like to join the program committee, please select the topics below that you feel comfortable reviewing.
