On September 9, 2020, the sky over San Francisco turned dark red at noon due to smoke from the Santa Cruz CZU Wildfire.
This photo was taken at 2:15 in the afternoon in Millbrae, looking toward the San Francisco Airport. I was frightened, but I wanted to record what I saw.
Because of the atmospherics and the improbably styled Hyundai Veloster in the foreground, I call this photo "Blade Runner 2020."
