I love pumpkin season (and the fact that they keep so long!)
I had three small ones and one huge one left. I oven-roasted the three small ones.
200°C/428°F, for a bit more than half an hour. Just some salt & spices & olive oil rubbed in.
I will make a soup with half of them, in a moment; I will also make some pastry dough and tomorrow the rest of the pumpkin will disappear into a savoury pie.
