My conclusion: registration rate too high, again!

Springer IRJ (Information Retrieval journal) has agreed with BCS-IRSG that:
- Select papers from IRJ in the previous calendar year will be invited to present at the next ECIR conference
- Authors of award winning / top-ranked ECIR papers will be invited to submit extended versions of their papers for publication in IRJ.
