Sometimes the most unexpected songs pop into my head and sit there for a while, playing on repeat. Today it’s one of the ending themes from the original Tenchi Muyo! OVA: “Talent for Love” by Chisa Yokoyama, who voices Sasami in the series.

It’s been years since I last watched Tenchi Muyo!, but it’s one of the series which literally got me into anime 24 years ago, so I have quite an attachment to it, and to its music. The series has some excellent theme songs, and this is no exception, plus the animation that goes with it in the end credits sequence is great, too!
