Been musing on making a latex collar. Would just need to get 1.0 mm black latex for it so there's only 2-3 layers instead of 4-6 layers of it.

Would add colors on top. Not sure how I'd add stud appearances yet. I did like the simulated tube trim effect I saw someone else do wrapping a clear tube in a layer of colored latex.

I think I'm gonna do more of those rubber bandanas. I had a lot of fun making one and learning and I'd love to extend what I learned to do more and more.

Probably would be hard for me to add new stuff to the one I made (such as a zipper pouch on the back) but, future!

Completed! I'm waiting for the adhesive to cure on the appliques before I remove the sticker part with rubbing alcohol, but it works! The snaps are breaking off a little though so hopefully it's a bit better now.

Finished cutting the shape and gluing trim on a latex bandana last night, first time doing rubber crafting. ^^ Still gonna put on a pawprint and possibly my name. The gluing is so difficult cause of the curl, weh. Still needs snaps!

These clearly need a V2 iteration of the patterns, and there's loooots of leaks to chase, but here's what I managed to get done with the  ears today!

I'm still clearly sick, as this burned up way more stamina and spoons than I thought it would. Should definitely get some rest soon.

They're starting to take shape! Aaaaaaa~

Remember how I kept wishing for a decent mandrill for rubbercrafting projects? Well, I got around to carving a piece of lumber to make that mandrill I've been pondering about.

I'm by no means a master woodworker with access to a well equipped workshop, but I think it turned out pretty well overall, all things considered.

Of course I had to give it a test run with a curved seam, and it was sooooo much easier to glue and position the pieces of scrap rubber.

The only thing I'd do different is to adjust the curved taper of the tip a bit, but I'm calling this good enough to move forward with my rubbercrafting projects!

These tails are sooooo cute, omgggg~

Feeling their weight and sway behind me just feels so affirming, and I seem to be able to accommodate them almost naturally when walking around the house. They do take up a lot of space, for sure, but they're not overly large or bulky. Just right for me~

Aaaaaa! They're done!

Had to opt for black rubber sheeting due to orange not being available in this heavy gauge.

Gonna need to wait a couple hours before I try these on, so the glue has some time to cure, but I'm sooooo close to finally getting to wear these!

Wait, this needle is removable?

Well, heck, this makes using this circle cutter on rubber a lot easier. I can just invert the needle and use the blunt end to avoid putting pin holes in the rubber sheeting, hehe~
