Lost another 5# (10# total) since I stopped drinking cheap wine (literally) by the case.

Still #row at least 10k meters daily (in two 35-40 min sets) but that does little (as far as I've noticed) for weight loss & is probably only good for maintaining my general physical fitness.

Still drinking down my inventory of hard liquor (bourbon & scotch) but once that's gone, the weight loss will stop& I'll only drink my expensive cabs on special occasions & when dining out. 🤷🏻‍♂️
