You echoed one of my two main soap box issues: the enormous difference between
1. obtaining, provisioning, and/or installing the product, and
2. also configuring, integrating, operating, maintaining, updating, reconfiguring, adapting, documenting, training, funding (the cost in time and money) ... and retiring (and replacing) it in a timely fashion.
