Is there a button limit on gamepads in the modern day? i feel like there really shouldn't be, but I've been confused by my Retrobit Saturn Pro controller having C and Z be L1/R1 respectively when on anything other than a Saturn. When I asked around everyone's just like "yeah that's for modern compatibility" and I'm just wondering what's preventing those two buttons from being Button 14 and Button 15
