As well known, Japanese copyright law allows AI developers to use all the articles for their products without any agreements. Japanese law don’t have the idea of the fair-use. We need literal conditions.

But it is not the free-hand condition. Developers can use them only when their interests don’t conflict with copyright holders.

"AI" companies think that we should have to opt-out of data-scraping bots that take our work to train their products. There isn't even a required no-scraping period between the announcement and when they start. Too late? Tough.
